Part 38 – Even Words & Use of Faculties Will Be Judged.

Part 38 – What It Means To Prepare for the 2nd Coming of Our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ

Be careful how you use the brain and tongue. Their proper use for the Spirit of Truth and Righteousness can sometimes be forgotten and replaced by uncontrollable desires. By our words we will be judged; by our words, we can lose credibility, hurt other people, show ourselves to be rude and a backslider who tries to embrace both good works and sins.

Matthew 12:.36-37 NKJV
“But I say to you that for every idle word men may speak, they will give account of it in the day of judgment. 37 For by your words you will be justified, and by your words you will be condemned.”

What God wants every Man to control are the thoughts and whatever the tongue might reveal. If what we have to say can build others, then we ought to speak. In our present Philippine Society, there have been “Word Wars” usually between political rivals..

James 1:19-26 NIV “19 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. 21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you. 22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. 23 Anyone who listens to the word but does not do what it says is like someone who looks at his face in a mirror 24 and, after looking at himself, goes away and immediately forgets what he looks like. 25 But whoever looks intently into the perfect law that gives freedom, and continues in it—not forgetting what they have heard, but doing it—they will be blessed in what they do. 26 Those who consider themselves religious and yet do not keep a tight rein on their tongues deceive themselves, and their religion is worthless.”

It can take time for a person to have self-control, self-discipline, and mostly positive thoughts, words, and deeds.
